I recently moved into the area and this is the clinic that my fiance and his family use. When I first called to get in with Robin, the NP there, they told me that she was not taking new patients but they would talk to her. My future mother-in-law also called Robin and made a request that I start going there, because it made sense that I would go where my husband does. She accepted and I made an appointment for 2 weeks down the road. The Wednesday before my appoint they called and told my fiance that the appointment was Friday. I thought it was Thursday but he was very adamant about the appointment being on Friday. We go in Friday and they tell me that my appointment was on Thursday and they could not see me. I was mad and they didn't answer when I confronted about the phone call that told us it was Friday. I left with my new patient paperwork to return THE NEXT TIME I CAME IN. I called today and the front desk told me that since I missed an appointment I was not allowed to be seen there. I haven't seen a doctor yet, so I couldn't tell you how their service is. But the front desk is horrible and because of it I am finding a new doctors office where all the staff treats patients well.
