Awful attitudes, the place was dirty, a typed and printed sign said "Dont confuse our efficiency with rudeness." But it was the least efficient and by far the rudest DMV I've been to. It's worth the 45 minute drive to Gladstone.
Wow! Surprised at the poor reviews, especially on rudeness. One employee has a very "tongue in cheek" sense of humor, so maybe they're confusing that with rudeness. I have been going to this office for years and always had good customer service. Even after moving away and going to different offices--Platte City, Liberty, etc.,--I still go back to Plattsburg.

Yes yes stay away, dont come to the Plattsburgh dmv. We don't need a bunch of goofballs ruining the highly efficient and no b's nature of the place. Please go to a much larger and less capable DMV with actual rude people. You will feel much more comfortable taking a number and waiting around with your nose in the air, sipping your Starbucks for an hour and a half. Bye felicia
