I went to a open house where James McCarthy with Keller Williams real estate was there to assist me. I've been looking for homes for a few months and was previously preapproved and working with the agent from Woodward real estate but since James was at the open house and had another home on the market down the street that I wanted to see, I figured I would give him a chance. That was a big mistake! First he canceled our appointment and then persisted that I get pre approved before he would let me see the house. I explain to him why I did not want to get preapproved so I am not taking numerous hits on my credit and I have already been Pre approved few months back while working with Woodward Real estate. He persisted to tell me that I'm probably having "financial difficulties"since I don't want to get preapproved and would not help me until I did so… I called Woodward real estate and they were glad to help within a couple of hours I was able to see the home. Long story short Do not work with James McCarthy he's a pushy, know it all that doesn't seem too concerned about selling homes.
